Welcome to the University of Oulu and Oamk identification service. If you are a new student or employee, you can identify yourself and activate your user account using this service. If you do not have a Finnish personal identity code, you can authenticate either via eIDAS using your home EU country's national identification tools or with the Finnish Authenticator application.

If you are not a citizen of an EU country, install the Finnish Authenticator application and authenticate yourself there before using the service.
